For the Masterclass “Value Based Management & GIS“, which includes a part about GIS for housing cooperatives, we have added some simple statistical information about neighbourhoods on the Micosoft Surface. 

Technically the information is retrieved from a WMS, using a GetFeatureInfo request. Not really spectacular. But the interfacing of the Surface with real-life objects makes it very attractive and easy to use.

The neighbourhood map will be classified according to house value (“WOZ waarde” in dutch) and serviced as a TMS with Geozet tiling scheme.
